The Goodies Monthly Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by [Goodies legal entity name], [street address, city, NJ ZIP] ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any dispensary, retailer, or social media platform.

Open only to legal residents of the State of New Jersey who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who can lawfully purchase adult-use cannabis in New Jersey. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, cultivation and distribution partners, and participating dispensaries, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void outside New Jersey and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on [start date] and continues on a monthly basis until Sponsor announces its conclusion. Each monthly entry period begins on the first calendar day of the month at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on the last calendar day of that month at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

Submit your first name and a valid email address on this page and confirm that you are 21+ and a New Jersey resident. Entry is free. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per monthly entry period; entries submitted in a prior month do not carry forward. Automated, robotic, macro, or bulk entries are void, as are entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through any means other than the form on this page.

One (1) winner per monthly entry period receives one Goodies basket consisting of: three (3) Goodies 5-Pack Pre-Rolls; two (2) Goodies 2.5g flower; two (2) Goodies 7g flower; and Goodies branded merchandise (hat, lanyard, rolling tray, lighter, sticker pack, and etched glass water pipe). Approximate retail value (ARV): $[X]. Total ARV of all prizes awarded during the Promotion: $[X] per month awarded. Prize is awarded "as is," is not transferable or exchangeable, and no cash equivalent or substitution is available except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value — including a non-cannabis prize — if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or if required by law or regulation.

On or about the [last business day] of each month, Sponsor will select one potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during that entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

The potential winner will be notified at the email address submitted with the entry and must respond within [5] business days. Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner must verify age (21+) and New Jersey residency with valid government-issued photo identification and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within [7] days. Failure to respond, verify eligibility, return required documents, or accept the prize as offered forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that period, time permitting.

Cannabis items are not shipped or delivered to consumers. The verified winner selects a New Jersey licensed dispensary from Sponsor's list of participating retailers; Sponsor delivers the basket to that dispensary, and the winner must collect it in person, presenting valid 21+ identification and complying with the dispensary's own policies and all applicable New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission requirements. Prize must be collected within [30] days of notice that it is available or it is forfeited. If no participating dispensary is reasonably available to the winner, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Sponsor may invite the winner to share a photograph with the basket. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of winning or of receiving the prize. Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city of residence, and any photograph or statement the winner voluntarily provides for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue tax documentation where required by law.

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, regulatory change, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control compromises its integrity — in which case Sponsor may award the prize from among eligible entries received before the impairing event.

By entering or accepting a prize, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, cultivation and distribution partners, participating dispensaries, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants who opt in to marketing email may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect an existing entry.

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of the Promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in [county] County, New Jersey, and that recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entry.
